Outbound calls
Adam Outbound makes calls for your business: it follows up with new leads, confirms orders and appointments, reminds customers, and runs call campaigns from a contact list. Each call ends with a clear result in your dashboard, so your team only calls back the customers who need a person.
What businesses use it for
- Lead follow-up: Calls new leads within minutes, while they are still interested.
- Confirmations: Confirms cash-on-delivery orders, bookings and appointments.
- Reminders: Reminds customers of appointments the day before, to reduce no-shows.
- Campaigns: Calls a full contact list with the same message, at the times you choose.
How a campaign runs
- Upload contacts: Import a contact list or use customers already saved in Adam.
- Choose the script: Pick the agent and what it should say and ask.
- Review results: Every call is marked positive, negative or follow-up, with recording and transcript.
Calling responsibly
Adam only calls customers who allowed calls from your business on WhatsApp, and introduces itself as your business. You stay in control of who is called.
Frequently asked questions
Who does Adam call?
Only the contacts you upload or select. Adam never buys or finds numbers on its own.
Can I see the result of each call?
Yes. Each call has an outcome, a recording and a transcript, and the campaign has a summary of answered, completed and follow-up calls.
How many calls can a campaign make?
Plans include 300, 1,000 or 3,000 answered calls a month. Adam makes one call at a time, up to 3 minutes each. See the pricing page.
